Specialist Disability Accommodation ("SDA") is provided through the National Disability Insurance Scheme ("NDIS") to eligible participants. SDA dwellings enable people with severe functional impairments and/or high support needs to live more independently. Approved SDA participants are eligible for guaranteed government funding as required under their NDIS plan.
